1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Since we manufacture our hardware devices in-house and in small quantities, inventory is updated in real-time on our website. If an item is in stock, it is ready to ship.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after the order is processed.
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) – Available at an additional cost for faster delivery.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays or supply chain interruptions.
Domestic Shipping
We ship domestically within the United States.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may require additional time for delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in purchasing our product, please contact us at admin@cyclosonics.com for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Show no signs of misuse or damage caused by the user.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at admin@cyclosonics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at admin@cyclosonics.com to request an RMA number.
- Package the item securely, including all original components.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at admin@cyclosonics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Warranty Information
Our hardware devices are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If your device is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace the device at no cost to you. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Warranty claims do not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Issues caused by third-party accessories or misuse.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item following the returns policy outlined above.
